By purchasing from us you have entered into our contract of Terms and Conditions

Privacy Policy

When you provide information to The Powder Horn is it is used solely for the purpose it was given and is not given to any third parties.

Personal Data is  only kept only long enough to comply with Legal Obligations.

Payment and Posting

Firearms and Shotgun Licensed items are either collected face to face at an event or shipped to an RFD which you will need to arrange. A deposit of £50 will hold a Firearm or Shotgun or blank firer until paid for.

Ammunition is face to face only either collect from us directly or collect at an event.

Gun Cleaning Equipment and items in Accessories (except C02 canisters) can be shipped.

Some Denix, and Blank Firers can also be shipped.

Payment methods are Cheque, Cash and  Electronic bank transfers .

Out of stock items are usually dispatched within 6 weeks, please enquire before ordering.

All payments to be made in UK currency

Returns/Cancellations

We like to think that you will like our products and we always guarantee most items we sell, that if you are not totally satisfied, please contact us before returning items.  Items should be returned in an unused condition, unless manufacturing fault.  Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt.  The method of return is up to the customer and no reimbursement will be made for returns.  There will be a re-stocking fee of 10% for all returns.

6 month Warranty on all New Inert, Blank Firers and C02, and New Firearms and Shotguns.

Cancellations need to be made within 3 days.

Shipping

Will depend upon the order, size, length and will be advised once the order has been placed, or contact us before for a quote.

PLEASE NOTE UK CITIZENS MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE AND WE MAY ASK FOR REENACTMENT OR SOCIETY CONTACT DETAILS, FOR YOU NAME TO BE CHECKED AGAINST TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE A MEMBER AND OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE. THIS IS TO COMPLY WITH UK VIOLENT CRIME  REDUCTION ACT.

OUTSIDE THE UK ALL BUYERS MUST MAKE SURE OF THEIR IMPORT REGULATIONS BEFORE PURCHASING.

Blank Firing Guns

Please note there is a 6 month warranty on blank firing guns.  This does not cover if the item has been tampered with (this is illegal, and may result in injury),  we will also not refund any item which has been misused.
